Unfortunately, the NCAA does not exist to police sexual misconduct. It is the enforcement arm of a cartel dedicated to the principle of withholding compensation from the individuals who are primarily responsible for its revenue. So as long as you are not trying to pay a player, the NCAA doesn't care what you do - unless it becomes a PR nightmare. In those cases, they huff and puff a bit until it falls out of the news, and then it is back to business as usual.
As much as we would like to think this case will cause change, I doubt it will.
