The biggest question I have to his story is the timing he said this took place. We all know bars close at 2:30 and most stop serving alcohol at 2:00. Many almost push you out of the door at these times. He said the UC players were inadvertantly at the wrong table and drinking someone else's alcohol. He said he asked the guys to move to the right spot and then he got blindsided. He said these events happened around 2:15. Hmmmmm......now I ain't no expert but if I pay for VIP and bottle service (which I have done) I show up to my table well before closing time. And if I came up to a table and someone else was there and refused to move to where I got management involved (which I would) I kind of think I would witness a fight that would take place at my VIP area.
No one knows what happened. We are all Bearcat fans and want this story to be untrue. We all have biased opinions on what happened to protect our beloved Bearcats. I agree with greatone, if someone did something they shouldn't have they should have to pay the consequences. As far as FOX 19 is concerned they were asked to cover a story and they did it. They get paid to report news. People spend money on tabloids that are known to be made up and fake. Some of us fans spend money to get inside information on high school kids and what they are thinking. I have no issue with FOX 19 reporting this. They didn't release names. Perhaps they didn't because they don't think the story is credible, but this guy did accuse UC players of a crime and that in and of itself is a story in todays media frenzy. I would hope Fox 19 would be the first to report facts in any way if this story turns out to be false.
