thats your opinion. My opinion is, why take your best post player out of the post? Clark is a 4. If he wants to make money at the next level, it will be at the 4. Not changing his style of what got him to this level of basketball in the first place. He excels playing in the post. Taking him out would be the same thing that happened with JJ. Obviously clark is much more skilled, but you dont fix something that isnt broken. You can still add and enhance his skills without changing his positioning.

Clark was on perimeter alot in high school.

We had a nice three guard rotation this year I can see us doing something similar with our bigs. Deberry needs to play more, that's for sure.

Clark did not post up in high school like he has done here, I am sure he did what the coaches wanted him to do but I do think eventually he will get some time at the 3. Don't count out Tre Scott , I saw 2 complete games of his and he is bigger and more physical than Shaq and has better face up game than Clark and way more range. I don't think he is ready to guard people out on the floor but who knows.

It's not perfect but Clark needs to play the 3 to make it next level. Start developing guys now instead of JR/SR.

You don't develop guys at new positions during the season and especially in the NCAA tournament. If the coaches and Gary think he can be a 3 then he needs to put the work in in the offseason.

Using Gary as a 3 against UK would have been a big mistake. It would have just further clogged things up and as of now, Clark is at his best on the low block.

I don't think people should count out tre Scott either. I think he may be able to contribute a lot more than Quadri did this year.

Quadri did about as much this year as Octavius did in his freshman year. Hopefully the light will turn on for him and he'll realize that listening to coaches and putting in extra work will lead to more PT.

Personally I would like to see all the big guys take up juggling. I know it sounds strange but A.J. Green credits juggling with the great hand-eye coordination he has.

Championship teams does it all time. Every player on Kentucky outside of one of the Harrisons and towns play out of position. Lyles is a 4, stein is a 5, both twins are sg

Tre Scott reminds me of Edwards from Purdue

I agree on Scott. I'm not so sure he's a redshirt. But obviously we have to see how things play out with Moore and spring recruiting.

No he wasn't. Please quit making crap up and passing it off as fact...

Was he just a do it all guy? I know he had a quadruple double. Did he get the board or steal and run a lot like we saw him do when he had a chance this year? He has a good post game for a freshman (or at least he has the move you want if you only have 1 go-to move/shot), but Roger doesn't think he played a lot in the post either. It's hard for me to get a feel for that strictly based off of tape of 1 game and his highlight reels.

I can only go from the video footage available but most of that shows him scoring in transition or crashing down from outside but I will admit I could be totally off.

He played the four and five exclusively. Would face up some, but it just isn't a strength of his game. Yes he would take defensive rebounds and steals and push the ball, often for big dunks. For some reason people have take those highlights and equated him running the break to playing on the perimeter. Simply didn't happen...

Awesome thanks. I'm so excited to see him develop.

Also Jacob Evans scored 12 pts with a couple of big dunks in the Louisiana all-star game, can see them on you-tube

Was his explosion in HS just on film? I didn't see it in college, especially offensively.

Same explosion he showed this year in the open court and blocking shots. Never really had it with his back to the basket. That block late it the UK game was all kinds of explosive...

Just to make my point clear -never said he brought the ball up-never said he scored from the perimeter just said I never saw one clip of him backing someone down probably because he didn't have to. I can only go off the information I can attain... some people make assumptions without any imformation.
