I was not directing that at you (or anyone in particular). In reality the odds are either 0% or 100% that it will happen but we don't know which:) It depends on the individual and their unique motivations....as you say.

Oscar Robertson is a unique example of a huge BB star doing something out of the ordinary...I'm sure he has his reasons but it's obviously not for big bucks

Ok yes I agree I doubt he ever joins the staff. But as a fan it would be awesome to see him attend a game. Crowd would be pumped if he got honored at half time
 
If KMart got into coaching, he would almost certainly be an asst on Kidd's staff in the NBA. I'd love for him to come to some UC games in the next few years though.

Im done with this useless argument in which im not even sure what the argument really is. Bottom line is we all would like to see k mart back in 5/3 sometime.

But back to expectations for the team next season.

Different sport, but same thing- guys trying to stay around the game they love. It's not always about the money. I get what you were saying. Some members here just have a special arrogance to them and are here for their ego. Who knows what he meant in his Tweet to Prez Ono. He might just be referring to getting them back to a no. 1 ranking like when he was here.

Of course a lot of athletes stay close to the game after retirement. Care to point out where I said otherwise? What they don't do is become college assistants after making a hundred million. Again. Very simple and not sure what part of that seems so hard to grasp...
