I would say the two most likely are Cumberland and Sorolla but those are probably 50-50 type scenarios right now. Not sure which transfer PG we land but maybe we don’t use it if we get Cumberland? I think MAW can play spot minutes if we need him

Right now I hope it's Jaevin and a grad PG transfer, maybe Chris McNeal from Tenn Tech? I'm excited about MAW but throwing him into the starting PG job as a true freshman is alot, we need a steady hand/depth piece at PG. Id love McNeal. As far as a grad transfer Center I have no idea.

I'm hoping for Shakeel Moore, Jaevin Cumberland and who knows at center - seems like Sorolla is the backup option if we can't find someone better.

Jarron would start at PG and Moore would probably play spot minutes.

I really like Woolridge, but haven't heard much on that front.

The transfer PG has been kind of hush hush but I wouldn't know why when we are perfectly fine with giving names on the transfer 5's. So there is something a little fishy with the transfer PG...maybe not declared a transfer yet? Who knows but it's very quiet on that visit.

Cumberland and McNeal are the only two grad transfers I can think of that could play PG. There are other transfers and HS kids of course

To me he is just a guy who is experienced and will eat up minutes.


I don't expect his addition to help the team all that much.


Hopefully his sit out year at Tenn tech had him develop his jumper a little more. Just seems like a good roster filler that doesn't hurt the 2020 class

high usage rate on a guy that can't shoot doesn't seem like a good mix with cumberland. of the moves we've made, this is the least exciting for me.

I agree. Another body to get through the year and hopefully can have a couple moments. Also gives brannen plenty of scholarships to work with next year. We will see if he can do anything with them.

i mean it makes sense in the fact that you need to have at least 1 actual PG on the roster.


but yeah there are a lot of concerns.
