We are never ready for noon games. I don't get it. We played much better in the second half but our slow start lost us the game.

Don't they negotiate/both agree on the game time and date, or just date?? Regardless of conference games, I'd never play this before the end of December, and stipulate 2 pm or later tip.

As much as I hate the guy coach K said all teams play about 35 games. 25 game they will play right at their talent level, 5 below their talent level and 5 above. This was one of UCs 5 below with X right at their level.

Beyond that Macura talks, most players talk trash. I just got back from watching us in Vegas and all the players in each of the games talked trash. I sat in the second row.

The lack of respect is part of what makes the rivalry so intense and unique on the national stage. I don't respect them and don't care if they don't respect us. We would be the biggest pussies if we stop playing the game because we're tired of losing or our feelings got hurt.

If we won, mick wouldn’t have tried to fight a player and the our fans would love the game. Can’t whine when a team beats you. Suck it up and hopefully we get better.

Against the best teams, I would rather move Jacob to the point and use Jenifer less in those games. Going to be hard for him to play against Florida, UCLA, Wichita, etc.,

Why not do it every game, then? Play Cane at the 1 and 2. Maybe having the ball the whole time will keep him engaged and aggressive??? Jacob Doyle is right, dude makes it look easy (when he's aggressive). The last 5 min he was amazing!! My favorite current player.

He played like an all American the last 5 minutes. He was unreal. Hope that continues and I’d be fine with moving him to point. I think you can have better lineups with him at the point

For those talking about Evans at PG, what on earth do you do with the 2 and 3 then? We are not deep there. Williams could barely get on the court vs X and the game looked a bit too big for Moore.


i think the 7 is set. kwash, clark, evans, cumberland, cane. jenifer, brooks/scott (opponent dependent).


the rest get in based on fouls and what have you but i dont look for any of them to average 10+ minutes vs the better teams we play.

UC has the players to play both a traditional two big system and a position less system. ‘Nova plays the positionless system well. Mack is moving to it. If Cronin were smart he would look at Holtmann at Butler when he rolled out Rosevelt Jones their 3 at the point.

We were murdered on the glass and the team didn't guard. X shot almost 50% from 3. JJ shot 5 times making 2 and had 4 assists with no Turnovers. Not starting Broome was the least of our issues. Kanter of X outscored Washington and Clark combined.

Exactly!!!Cane is much better creating for himself then he is for others.
