What I meant was just bc he has the label of a pg doesn't mean they don't take a bunch of shots like a SG. Everyone is saying White is going to demand all these shots and 30+ minutes a game and wants to be this selfish show off player and that those schools specifically Syracuse right now has all of that to offer and we don't I guess bc we are so stacked and make so many deep runs and send so many people to the NBA. My point about Gillon is he's going to shoot alot and want shots as well. He might not play the same position but he will take some of "Whites" shots. He was avg'ing 15pts a game as a junior "Pg". Hell Caupain is our pg and leads the team in scoring. You should know just bc he's a pg doesn't mean he and others aren't going to be taking alot of these shots that supposedly are all there to take for White with loaded Top 100 recruiting classes year in and year out for them. Also no response to Tyler Lydon the main guy who will be getting all of those minutes who avg'd 30 plus his freshman year at that spot and already talks about him being an NBA guy. Or no response on Franklin Howard who is a top 100 recruit from 2016 waiting to get his shot who was behind drafted Malachi Richardson.

My point is all good teams are loaded and have a good amount of depth. Not one of those teams on that list has a guarantee anymore than we do with giving him 30+ minutes and a ton of shots. And if you think Jim Boheim one of THE greatest coaches to ever coach the game is going to let White go wild and chuck up a million shots and still get 30 minutes a game you are all absolutely nuts. You guys are clueless.
 
Even with all of this debate it still doesn't change the fact that we reached out to him when he was in HS and then again when he was leaving Kansas. Clearly he doesn't want to be a Bearcat.

Malcolm Bernard Grad Transfer who had committed to Richmond re opened his recruitment. 6'6" avg'd 14.4 ppg 7.1 rpg and 4.3 apg previously played for FAMU. Could be a good role player for us.
 
Could be a fit. Id be interested to see how he plays with the team(if he came on campus and did a workout with the team) and at what position he would play. Is he a guard-forward or an undersized power-forward? He has a horrible 3 point and free throw percentage. Looks like he drives the lane a lot and plays aggressive though with decent handles(although his assist/turnover ratio isnt good) and rebounds well. He averaged over 30 minutes a game last year, so to me it looks like he is just wanting to find a tournament team rather than looking for starter minutes.
 
This guy kinda looks like he wouldn't even be a scholarship player for us. He was a role player at Charleston Southern for 2 years, transferred to Florida A&M and was the best player on a really bad team. A grad transfer would be perfect, I just don't know if he's good enough to contribute off the bench here. Just my opinion.

@GoodmanESPN Grad transfer Malcolm Bernard told ESPN he will visit Temple Wednesday and Xavier on Friday.

But...but Xavier has no minutes for him, why would he be interested???

And according to Jeff Goodman we are not on his list.

Why would he be? We just took a PG transfer in Broome. Why would we want another?
