If we made a run, we are looking at ucla, then Kentucky, then North Carolina. If everything held up of course.

Went on a UCLA message board, and found out Lonzo Ball injured his thumb in the Pac-12 quarterfinal, played through it but struggled, and Tj Leaf has been struggling lately due to a chronic ankle injury. Obviously, we have to beat Wake/Kstate first but I think if we play physical, we can really disrupt their offensive rhythm. And if Ball and Leaf aren't 100 percent, anything could happen.

Can you provide the link? I like to read what other opposing fans think.

You guys have a great team. Cincy & SMU are both underrated. Kick their a$$ Friday & Sunday. Pulling for you guys to go deep in the tourney and earn the AAC some well-deserved respect. Good luck.

I have a feeling that the results of the game today did nothing to influence seeding or region. They knew where they wanted us.

My gut is that if we won that game SMU dropped to a 7 and we were a 5. Our profile was better then SMU. Not saying I agreed but that is my feeling.

UCLA

Dam* Jay Bilas just said UCLA is the best offensive team in the country. He said they are a little young. This is a TOUGH draw, and I have been trying to enjoy every win and realize the tourney is crapshoot with one and done format.

I really see how much talent matters. I was thinking back at Huggs best teams, boy did they have talent (minus the all impt PG some years). Maybe we don't have as much as I originally thought :(. You can only get so much out of 3*'s. Sigh. Jacob is a baller, but just not there yet.

I am still hoping we pull out 2 wins. Then we will be playing with house money. It is possible, but we will certainly be at a talent disadvantage.

Play loose. We have a veteran team.

Just listened to game theory podcast
Sam Vicenie is not high on UC but thinks we pose something different that ucla has not seen before and we could give them issues.

There defense sucks

All we can do is see who we play Friday and win that game. One thing at a time. Can't get caught looking ahead. For all we know, UCLA is going to lose in the 1st round. Crazier things have happened. If we handle our business Friday, we can then cross the next bridge when we get to it. KState or Wake Forest. 2 teams we should beat. Period. So go get that win.

Many on this board have said we better reach the Sweet 16 or this season is a huge disappointment and failure. I am one of those folks. I think this board and its members will find out soon enough that we have had another season of the same: A Cronin-coached team, limping into the NCAA tournament, with gaping holes still on the offensive end of the floor. Someone can prepare a giant plate of crow for me if I am wrong. But, I'm already going to call this season a HUGE disappointment.

How are they limping in? 95% of the teams lose in the conference tourney. They played terrible but they played a team that has lost once in 3 months
